Unit Elections

New members are elected by their peers during a unit meeting. Order of the Arrow elections can be held once a year, hosted by members of our lodge’s Unit Elections Committee. If you would like our lodge to host an election at your meeting, please use the form below.

Once 1st Class scouts under the age of 18 have been approved by their unit leader and elected by their fellow unit members, they have two opportunities to attend an induction weekend before needing to be re-elected. The induction weekend is an incredible experience which teaches important values and introduces members to the Order.

There are two induction weekends held per year, one in the spring and one in the fall, at Camp Verdugo Oaks.
